Stars are Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt. Mega stars which brought publicity and audience’s attention.

Genre – Sci-Fi Action, PG rating – family movie. Attraction would have been successful, although 
anyone under 13 wouldn’t be advised to watch.

Budget: $178,000,000

Opening Weekend: $28,760,246 (USA) No 3 in the box office summer releases.

Release date: 6th June 2014 (USA)

Production Co credits: Warner Bro’s , Village Roadshow Pictures, Rat-Pac Dune Entertainment.
Marketing: The multiple Title changes from ‘All you need is kill’ is one of the reasons the box office flopped.

Trailers were not executed to the audience’s appeal.

Shailene Woodley - originally cast as Mary Jane Watson but her character was cut and she was considered for Katnis Everdeen but jennifer Lawrence was accepted instead. Cosette audition - beaten by Amanda Seyfried. This shows her success and her fan base would already have been established. 
Ansel Elgort is an American actor, musician, producer, singer and DJ. Known for his role as Tommy Ross in Carrie (2013), Caleb Prior in Divergent (2014) and Augustus Waters from The Fault in Our Stars (2014); his first credited acting job was in Carrie (2013)
